How quickly does inventory sync between stores?
Under 10 seconds from the moment a sale is made or stock is updated in any connected store. StoreSync uses Shopify's webhook system to detect changes instantly rather than polling on a schedule.
Does StoreSync work if my stores are in different currencies?
Yes — StoreSync syncs inventory quantities only, not pricing. Each store keeps its own currency, pricing rules and tax settings. You can have an India store in INR and a UAE store in AED sharing the same inventory pool.
What happens if two stores sell the same item at exactly the same time?
StoreSync processes inventory updates through Shopify's API with optimistic locking. In the rare case of a simultaneous sale, the second transaction will see the updated (reduced) stock level. StoreSync includes an oversell prevention setting that can hold orders for review if stock drops below a threshold.
